I'm feeling a theme/trend appearing on our cake counter.. parsnip apple cake, today I'll be doing a beetroot chocolate cake and I want to do a butternut squash drizzle cake later in the week.  See, cakes can be healthy!!!

Oh yes, more bacon brownies being made tomorrow (as long as bacon-loving Laura doesn't scoff all of the bacon)!
