The week ahead

Had a lovely day today.  Couldn't manage a day without work unfortunately but had two cooking/baking fairies in the cafe today to get us started with a few things for the start of the week.  I've been menu planning today and have found it really difficult today; trying to get a good balance between soups and savoury specials and trying to second guess what's going to sell out first.

So, I'm extremely excited about what we'll have on offer this week (click on menus page above for daily details) and that's not even thinking about Friday and Saturday when some of the cake counter may feature some spooky Hallowe'en items.....

Not sure what I'll be wearing yet but I've a feeling that the cafe may take on a slightly scary look on Friday xx
